Mixed Media on Zoom with Colleen Gianatiempo June 12, 6:30-8:30 pm
Mixed media artist, Colleen Gianatiempo wishes to inspire YOU virtually via ZOOM from her studio in Martinez, CA! Every participant makes an individual piece of art, unique to their own expression and creativity using MIXED MEDIA—meaning you use more than just paint! Colleen will walk you through the creative process, step-by-step by layering on paper, and painting with Q-tips, bubble wrap and corks, ink and more!
And don't fret, the supply list is comprised of things you have around your home!
Small Canvas, paper, wood or paper grocery bag (12" x 12" or smaller)
acrylic paint or house paint (3 colors minimum) and/or any colors of your dreams
mod podge (if not, you can make your own, Elmer's glue (1 cup glue and 1/3 cup water)
black and white collage material (newspaper, old books, black & white laser prints, music sheets)
colored collage material (gift wrap, colored tissue paper, stickers, greeting cards etc)
1 piece of laser paper (to make a stencil with)
Black or colored sharpies
Any other inking pens you may have in different colors (gel pens are great...especially white)
rubbing alcohol for mistakes!
